We operate a computerised diary booking system that enables us to give accurate and speedy information on room availability and we aim to respond to any enquiry promptly.
Liaison, from planning through to the final event, is through our dedicated Events Team, who will be on hand to provide advice and assistance from your initial enquiry to the moment the event finishes. The Events Team is experienced in the planning and implementation of conferences and events and can be called upon to offer professional support and advice for any event, large or small.
Together with our event partners, we can coordinate all aspects of any event from colourful plates and spectacular floral arrangements to photography and entertainment.

All of the rooms offer facilities for professional presentations. Each room is equipped with a projection screen; ceiling-mounted data projector, telephone and data and power sockets. All standard AV equipment, including data projectors and flip charts is included in the room hire rate.
Four ISDN lines offer the facility for events to incorporate live video streaming, ideal for video conferencing and live transmissions from other locations such as hospital operating theatres for the ultimate in interactive educational seminars.
